Sixteenth Season

We are opening on May 7th, the Saturday before Mother's Day, for our sixteenth season. We again have new work by your favorite artists and have added some new ones. As always we have new, fresh and exciting work for you to enjoy. All 90 of our Michigan artists will have original work on display all season. We have added eight new artists and have tree artists returning after a year or more away. The new artists' names are in bold print on the"Our Artists" page. As always we are providing a variety of fine art for our customers and browsers to enjoy.

Hours
We will be open every day from May7 until the end of
October. Our hours are 10-5 Monday thru Saturday and 11-4 on Sunday.

New Artists This Year

We have eight new artists this year in a wide variety of media. An oil painter, an acrylic painter, a watercolor painter, a pastel artist, a glass artist, a potter and two jewelry designers. Check out the list of artists for details.
We also have three people returning. Madeline Kaczmarczyk is now doing functional pottery in addition to her decorative work. Janet Teunis will be back with her popular abstract paintings. Ryan VandeerLey will be back after taking a few years off to get his Master's degree in Fine Aart at Memphis University.

Artist Awards
Our artists continue to gain recognition for their work. Gerald Moore took third place in the Flint All Media Show in February and then won the top prize at the Saginaw Show. As a result he will have a show at the Saginaw Museum March 25-May 22 this year.
Ann Marie Buckman had a piece in the January 2011 issue of Palette Magazine.
Jennifer Gould received a third place award at the Celebration juried show in Grand Rapids in February.
Mary Reusch had her ArtPrize entry purchased by the Grand Rapids Art Museum.
Our artists continue to win awards, have one person shows, get into new galleries and be featured in national magazines.All of these accomplishments are posted on the awards window in the gallery as we hear about them.
